Vegan Snacks you can make in your Dehydrator. My Excalibur Dehydrator is one of my cherished gadgets. Not only do I get to create gourmet raw, vegan recipes, but it saves loads of money on what could be wasted food. If you see fruit not being eaten or veggies going untouched, dry them or make roll ups (yes, you can make a veggie roll up as a nice wrap for your lunch) and store them for much longer.  I also soak my raw nuts to remove the enzyme inhibitors and use the dehydrator to dry them completely to avoid them...
